Have no idea if this ‘expert’ is genuine, enthusiastic amateur or an internet fake but hopefully he is harmless.That said don’t think I’ll be doing that glut stretch anytime soon but hey never say never. His choice of youtube Getting off the floor looks pretty challenging too.
Can’t leave today stuck on the ground wondering how they made it look so easy to get up. Serious work to be done but little point in taking this all far too seriously. Even from my chair can mousercise!
