Don’t worry not going to provide technical advice on the most effective way to remove bits of food trapped between teeth. No, today prompted by thought that the routine of looking after myself should be added to toolkit and those little actions be valued. The routine not seen as a  chore but a hook on which to hang those new habits that will help me live the life I want. Feeling cheated?
