Today inspired by magazine article. Looking down at laptop, mobile, reading book, all apparently increasing load on spine. Not good. Whereas “gazing up or straight ahead allows blood and oxygen to flow freely around the body releasing stress”. Hmm .. Not so sure that gazing up won’t trap a different set of nerves but straight ahead sounds promising therapy. Should have been time to look straight ahead. Here a more “medical” less daytime tv view seems to lend support to looking straight ahead. That and Uncle Sam. Stand tall, head erect, chin in, shoulders back, stomach in, look straight ahead soldier.
Guess best stop looking down tapping keys and call it time for today..
