What’s the worst that can happen?

Could give a master class in panicking well placed to do so. Could you cope with the everyday when it somehow feels magnified into unimaginable terrors. Afraid of what will happen if … Is what I can imagine really the most likely outcome or am I putting my creative skills to poor use. After all if going to be creative might as well imagine everything working out. So here tips to encourage respite even better recovery. Relax a recommendation not an order.
