Where to start. This year keeping it simple and reducing potential long,long, list to a simple promise to myself. I will try to embrace flexibility, actively listen and be kinder. Devil no doubt is in the detail but not minded today to set tighter, smarter objectives. I will simply reflect for a few minutes each night whether my actions for the day kept to the spirit of my promise. I may even pen a few words. Who knows perhaps a light touch monitoring regime may even support flexibility.
