Surprised I haven’t chosen worry before today it’s been there often enough in my thoughts. An area in which I am all too expert. Aim here is to turn negative thoughts into positive action. But for now will just reflect on Ethel’s words, avoid labelling self and others. At least stopping worrying what others think is a step in right direction. Tackling worrying about worrying will have to wait for another day.
