Today, I want to choose to slow down and do things that make me calm. There will always be pressure to hurry. Give myself space to relax, meditate and enjoy a cup of tea. Hopefully I have chosen wisely. One day resting doesn’t mean I have retired from the race just catching my breath, before next leg of the journey.
