Return to decluttering but still not cupboards. No, all those old worries and bad memories that are kept in my head , taking up space that happy thoughts could occupy. Every bit as unhelpful as unused dusty items sitting in cupboards, unloved but kept just in case. Here a way to make space just choose.

As it says … Just consciously apply the rule: No two things can occupy the same space in your mind at the same time. Choose either a negative thought or a positive one for this day or this hour or this very minute. Discard the other…. As simple as that.
