Where did today’s thought come from. Feeling down but why? Sleeping better, counting blessings , smiling so where did fog come from. Then it came to me I’d had less fresh fruit and vegetables , less home cooked food over past few days. Google as ever came up with an unsurprising answer on food and mood.
Potatoes not Prozac appealed though chocolate not Prozac would have been better. Shame about sugar.
